How do I ship my milk?

Milk should be placed in a breastmilk storage bag and then placed into a separate bag (i.e. ziplock bag), then placed in a bubble mailer.

How much milk is needed?

Only 1 ounce of milk is needed!

Do I need breastmilk to have a piece of jewelry made?

Absolutely not! All jewelry and keepsakes can be made with a number of different things.

-Formula

-Cremation ashes

-Graveside soil

-Wedding/funeral flowers

-An article of clothing

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is 6-12 weeks.

Can I use old, frozen, or spoiled milk?

Yes! Your milk goes through a preservation process so condition of milk does not matter!

How do I care for my jewelry?

-DO NOT use jewelry cleaners

-DO NOT wear your jewelry in or near moisture. i.e. showers/baths, pools/beaches, washing dishes

-DO NOT wear your jewelry while working out. Oils may damage surface of jewelry.

-Remove jewelry before handling any sort of household cleaner and while applying topical lotions, creams, etc.

DO NOT expose jewelry to extreme temperatures

DO NOT wear or store jewelry in direct sunlight

Just 1 tsp of ashes! If there are any leftover that we do not use, we will send them right back to you!

What is the difference between flake and shimmer?

Flake are specs of color that are put into the stone. Shimmer is an add-in that will change the color of the stone itself.
